The following HTM rules and regulations for the visitor are designed to make sure your visit is fun, pleasant and safe. We expect all visitors and guest to follow these rules. Any violation of these rules can result in fines, expulsion from HTM or arrest by the Saint Paul Police Department. All activities in the HTM are subject to monitor by security cameras and security personnel.
All visitors and guests are required to behave and treat HTM vendors, staff, and other visitors courteously and respectfully.
Visitors are allowed to park only in the designated areas. Parking violation will be ticketed or towed at owners expense. The parking lot is located in front of the market on the corner of Como Ave. and W Pennsylvania Ave.
Children under age 10 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Any person committing theft, break-in, or burglary within HTM property, vendor property or visitors property will be detained by HTM security, staff, Saint Paul Police Department and will be subject to arrest and fines.
HTM Bans Guns
Visitors are not allowed to carry guns on the property of HTM.
Illegal activities (such as theft, graffiti, damaging property, gang activities, threats or intimidation) are not allowed in the market. Any visitor engaged in illegal activities will be immediately arrested by the Saint Paul Police Department.
Lost and Found
To claim lost items, visit the HTM office above the food court in the west building. IDs and matching the description of the lost items are required to claim any items in the lost and found.
